Cancellation Policy

70% DE-CLUTTERED POLICY To ensure a smoother and quicker cleaning process we encourage clients to prepare by de-cluttering 70% free of the space from clutter to allow our team to focus on the actual cleaning task. Dish washing is not included in a standard cleaning; it is optional to add on based on the client’s specific needs. To help avoid any confusion not getting your sink cleaned, please make sure that your sink is empty/clear, if dish washing isn’t an add-on listed. This helps our team deliver an effective cleaning service within the scheduled time-frame.PEST CONTROL POLICY In the interest of maintaining a safe and sanitary working environment, we retain the right to decline cleaning services if a property exhibits signs of pest infestations, such as roaches, bed bugs, or rodents. This policy is implemented to prioritize the well-being of our cleaning staff and to deliver effective and quality service. PHOTO POLICY We understand the importance of privacy and respect for our clients. Photos may be taken before and after cleaning services to document the condition of the property, solely for internal reference, quality control, and improvement purpose.HOVERING POLICY To ensure a focused and undisturbed cleaning environment, avoid hovering or observing cleaners while they are actively engaged in their cleaning duties. We recognize the potential discomfort and safety concerns, hovering activities are strictly prohibited during cleaning sessions to ensure the well-being of our cleaners. Any violations may result in immediate corrective action.PET POLICY We want to provide the best cleaning service possible while ensuring the safety and comfort of your pets. While our cleaning crew is on-site we request that you secure your pets in a separate area of the house or place them in a crate or kennel. This minimizes the risk of accidents and ensures the safety of your pet/staff. We do not handle the disposal/cleaning of pet waste. Amkay cleaning services is not liable for any pet-related incidents during the cleaning service. CANCELLATION POLICY We value your time and understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointments. To ensure smooth scheduling and best possible service for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hour notice, if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to our schedule. Thank you
