Cancellation Policy

PHOTO POLICY We understand the importance of privacy and respect for our clients. Photos may be taken before and after cleaning services to document the condition of the property, solely for internal reference, quality control, and improvement purpose. PEST CONTROL POLICY In the interest of maintaining a safe and sanitary working environment, we retain the right to decline cleaning services if a property exhibits signs of pest infestations, such as roaches, bed bugs, or rodents. This policy is implemented to prioritize the well-being of our cleaning staff and to deliver effective and quality services. We appreciate your cooperation. PREP FOR CLEANING Prior to the scheduled cleaning, tenants are required to remove all personal belongings from premises. Ensure all appliances are empty, defrosted (if applicable) and accessible for cleaning. Tenants should arrange for a convenient way to provide access to the cleaning service, such as leaving a spare key with the landlord or providing access codes. Ensure that all necessary utilities, including water and electricity, are functional and accessible for the cleaning crew. Secure any valuable items or sensitive documents to avoid potential misplacement during the cleaning process. Tenants are encouraged to perform a final walk-through after the cleaning to ensure satisfaction and report any issues promptly. 50% DEPOSIT A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure move in/out cleaning service. The deposit must be paid in full no later than 9:00 AM on the morning of the cleaning to avoid cancellation. CANCELLATION POLICY We value your time and understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointments. To ensure smooth scheduling and best possible service for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hour notice, if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to our schedule. Thank you
